How long do you cook chicken drumsticks in the oven and on what temperature?
Crispy Roasted Chicken Drumsticks
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound (about 500 grams) chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

2. Place the chicken drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly so that they don't touch.
3. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the drumsticks halfway through the cooking time.
4. Increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). Roast for an additional 5-10 minutes until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) as measured with a meat thermometer.
5. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
