Can you fry chicken in fish oil?
It is not advisable to fry chicken in fish oil. Fish oil has a low smoke point, which means it can easily burn and produce harmful fumes. Additionally, fish oil has a strong flavor that can overpower the taste of the chicken. For frying chicken, it is best to use oils with a high smoke point, such as vegetable oil or canola oil.
