How to Warm Up Left Over Fried Chicken
Fried chicken is an American classic. If you make it in large batches, there's a sure bet that you will have leftovers. You can eat fried chicken cold, but it won't be as crispy as when it is hot. You can warm up leftover fried chicken in the microwave, but that often makes the outer crust soggy and chewy. The best way to reheat your chicken is to use an oven, which produces dry heat.
Things You'll Need
- Oven
- Cookie sheet
- Platter
Instructions
-
Put the oven rack on the center tier. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

-
Heat the chicken in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until crispy. Turn the chicken over halfway through the heating process.
-
Remove the cookie sheet from the oven. Transfer the chicken to a platter.
