How many bones are there in the chicken leg?
There are two main bones in a chicken leg:
* Femur: The long, upper bone of the leg.
* Tibia and Fibula: These two bones are fused together in chickens, forming the lower leg bone.
So, technically, there are three bones, but the tibia and fibula are considered one bone.
