How to Make Alfalfa & Chamomile Tea
Alfalfa & Chamomile Tea is a nutritious, & calming tea. It can be enjoyed alone or with guest. Read more to learn how to make & serve this tea.
Things You'll Need
- 1-2 Cups of water
- 1 Tablespoon Alfalfa Leaf
- 1 Tablespoon Chamomile Tea
- 1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Real Brown Sugar
- 1 Tea Kettle
- 1 Teapot
- 1 or more Teacups
- 1 Tea Strainer
Instructions

Bring water to a boil in tea kettle.

Blend alfalfa, chamomile & cayenne pepper(powder)together in small bowl with spoon. Pour blended teas into teapot. Remove kettle with boiling water from heat & pour water into teapot. Cover teapot & allow tea to steep for 5-10 minutes.

Strain tea with strainer while pouring tea into teacup. Real brown sugar can be added to tea for taste.
