What is the recipe for a schnitzel?
Ingredients:
* 4 pieces of pork loin or chicken breast, cut into 1-inch thick slices
* 1 cup of flour
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
* 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, salt, and pepper.
3. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs.
4. In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Dredge each schnitzel in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
6. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Add the schnitzels and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Transfer the schnitzels to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
9. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
