Can you make a smoothie without ice?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of your favorite fruit (berries, bananas, mangoes, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup of milk (almond milk, soy milk, or regular milk)
- 1/4 avocado (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter (optional)
- A handful of spinach or kale (optional)
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Start the blender on low speed and gradually increase it.
3. Blend until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
4. Enjoy your smoothie!
