How to Make a Fruit Smoothie Without Dairy
If you're vegan, lactose intolerant, or short on milk or yogurt, you can make a delicious fruit smoothie without any dairy ingredients. A smoothie made with fresh fruit is quick to whip up and a nutritious on-the-go breakfast. Cutting out dairy may also result in a lower-calorie smoothie.
Things You'll Need
- Blender
- Lowfat organic almond milk
- Frozen cut-up fruit
Instructions
-
Pour 1/2 cup almond milk into the blender.
-
Add frozen fruits of your choice to the blender. Berries, bananas and melons are ideal ingredients. Do not add ice; the frozen fruit will make it cold and frosty.
-
Blend the ingredients until they are well-mixed, then pour the smoothie into a glass.
