What kind of food provide carbohydrated?
Many foods provide carbohydrates, but they can be broken down into a few main categories:
Grains:
* Whole grains: Brown rice, quinoa, oats, barley, whole wheat bread, whole grain pasta
* Refined grains: White rice, white bread, pasta, pastries, cereals
Fruits:
* All fruits, including berries, apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, mangoes
Vegetables:
* Starchy vegetables: Potatoes, corn, peas, parsnips, winter squash
* Non-starchy vegetables: Broccoli, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, peppers

* Processed foods (many contain added sugars)
Note: Some of these foods contain other nutrients besides carbohydrates, such as protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
It's important to choose whole grains over refined grains whenever possible, as they provide more fiber and nutrients. Fruits and vegetables are also excellent sources of carbohydrates, along with other essential nutrients.
Remember to consume carbohydrates in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
