Green Smoothies can help you to consumer a large amount of fiber rich fruits and vegetables in one smoothie. Gone are the days of forcing yourself to finish an entire bowl of salad. Here are a few tips to help you make a green smoothie.

- Fruits
- Greens

Prepare to blend your green smoothie. Cleanse your fruits and vegetables.

Use 60 percent of your favorite fruits. Good choices are frozen bananas, blue berries, strawberries, peaches, mangos, pears, apples, or coconut.

Next, add the remaining 40 percent of the smoothie to the Vita-Mix. This mixture should be romaine, collard greens, kale, spinach, or whatever green you have on hand. Blend.
