How to Make Fudgy Gluten Free Brownies (7 Steps)
These brownies don't taste like anything gluten-free you have ever made. These brownies are delicious, whether you you need to eat gluten-free or not. Once you try these, you may not buy another brownie mix or use another recipe ever again!
Things You'll Need
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F. and lightly grease an 8-by-8-inch baking pan.

In a saucepan over a low heat, melt butter and add cocoa powder. Whisk.

Mix the brown sugar, eggs and vanilla into the butter/cocoa mixture.

Add the cornstarch and salt and mix well.

Stir in chocolate chips or dark chocolate pieces.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Your brownies are done when a toothpick stuck into the center of the pan comes out clean.

Allow the brownies ample time to cool and set before serving.
