How do you get it back to normal after sugar is hard from being damp?
Instructions
1. Place the sugar in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of water for every cup of sugar and stir.
2. Microwave the mixture on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until the sugar is dissolved and no longer clumpy. Be careful not to overheat the mixture, as this could cause the sugar to burn.
3. Let the mixture cool completely. Once it has cooled, use it as desired.
Here are some additional tips for storing sugar to prevent it from becoming damp:
* Store sugar in an airtight container.
* Place the sugar container in a cool, dry place.
* If you live in a humid climate, you may want to add a desiccant to the sugar container to help absorb moisture.
