Instructions

1. Start by mixing the light rum and dark rum together in a shaker.

2. Mix the pineapple, orange and lemon juice in with the rum mixture in the shaker.

3. Pour the mixture into a tall glass with ice.

4. Float the Bacardi® 151 rum on top of the drink. To float alcohol, pour it over the back of a spoon, with the tip of the spoon gently touching the surface of the mixture.

5. If you would like a garnish, add a pineapple chunk or cherries.
