How to Make a Pitcher of Tazo Tea

You can save yourself a significant amount of money by making your own Tazo tea at home instead of purchasing it at a coffee house every day. A single serving of Tazo tea costs about $2, whereas you can make a whole pitcher for less than that when you buy a box of the tea at the grocery store and brew it yourself. You'll also reduce your impact on the environment by taking it with you in a travel cup instead of throwing out a disposable paper cup with a plastic lid.

Things You'll Need

  • 32-oz. pitcher
  • Two Tazo tea bags
  • Water
  • Tea kettle

Instructions

  1. Put two Tazo tea bags of your preferred flavor in the pitcher.

  2. Fill the tea kettle with water and put it on the stove to boil.

  3. Fill the pitcher with the boiling water.

  4. Let the tea bags steep for five minutes.

  5. Remove the tea bags and put the pitcher in the refrigerator to cool.
