Drambuie is a Scotch whisky-based liqueur containing herbs, spices, heather honey, and aged Scotch whisky. The secret list of herbs and spices includes anise, cardamom, cinnamon, citrus peel, nutmeg, cloves, saffron, and ginger. It has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%.
