Martini made with Berentzen pear schnapps liquer?

- 1 1/2 ounces Berentzen pear schnapps

- 1 ounce dry vermouth

- 1/4 ounce simple syrup

- 1 lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the pear schnapps, dry vermouth, and simple syrup.

2. Stir until well combined and chilled.

3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
