Can you explain why refrigerating juices make them more sweet?
Refrigerating juices does not make them sweeter.
When you refrigerate a juice, the molecules in the juice slow down and move closer together. This makes the juice appear thicker and more viscous.
The sweetness of a juice is dependent on the concentration of sugars present in it. Refrigerating a juice does not change the sugar content of the juice, therefore it does not make the juice sweeter.
