- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1 egg white
- Garnish: Luxardo cherry, orange twist
Instructions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients (except for the garnish) in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and an orange twist.
