Do you have to refrigerate unpasteurized apple cider vinegar?
Unpasteurized apple cider vinegar does not need to be refrigerated and can be stored at room temperature. Although refrigerating it won't harm the vinegar; but it may cause cloudiness due to the settling of natural sediments, which is harmless and does not affect the quality or safety of the vinegar.
Pasteurized apple cider vinegar can also be stored at room temperature.
