Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of regular milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of lime juice (from about 4-5 key limes)
- 1 tablespoon of lime zest (from about 2 key limes)
- 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the regular milk, egg yolks, lime juice, lime zest, and melted butter.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker pie crust.
6. Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and lightly golden.
7. Let the pie cool for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
