Ingredients:

- 4 cups sugar

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.

2. In a large heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3. Reduce heat to medium-low and continue cooking, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reads 235 degrees F (113 degrees C). This should take about 15-20 minutes.
