What do you grease a nonstick cookie sheet with?
You generally don't need to grease a nonstick cookie sheet. The entire point of a nonstick surface is that things shouldn't stick to it!
However, if you're working with a new nonstick cookie sheet or you're concerned about something sticking, you can use a very light coating of:
* Cooking spray: This is the easiest option. Just give the sheet a quick spray.
* Butter or oil: Use a small amount and spread it evenly with a paper towel.
Important Note: Avoid using parchment paper on a nonstick cookie sheet, as it can cause the nonstick coating to peel or flake off.
