How to make Mothers frosting for animal cookies?
Ingredients
* 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
* 3 cups confectioners' sugar
* 2-3 tablespoons milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, cream the butter until it is light and fluffy.
2. Add the confectioners' sugar, one cup at a time, and beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
