- Spiced Ham- an early incarnation that never took off commercially
- Turkey Spam or TurSpam from the 1960s- made with turkey instead of pork
- Pork Luncheon Loaf- sold to the US military before WW1
- Spam Lite/Reduced Sodium in the 1990s to appeal to consumers looking for healthier options
- Jalapeño Spam and Hot and Spicy Spam which is still occasionally marketed in the 2000s
- Hickory Smoke, Garlic, Cheese in a variety of countries throughout the years but mostly discontinued as of this decade
