How do you make multicoloured jelly?

To make multicoloured jelly, follow these steps:

Ingredients:

* 4 packets of jelly powder in different colours (e.g. red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

* 12 cups of boiling water

* 6 tablespoons of cold water

Instructions:

1. Prepare your mould. You can use a large mould or individual moulds. If using a large mould, lightly grease it with cooking spray or rub it with a little oil. If using individual moulds, place them on a sheet pan or baking tray.

2. Make the first layer of jelly. Choose one colour of jelly powder and empty it into a large bowl. Add 2 cups of boiling water and whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Stir in 1 tablespoon of cold water and pour the jelly mixture into the mould. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the jelly has set.

3. Make the second layer of jelly. Choose a different colour of jelly powder and repeat the process. Dissolve the powder in 2 cups of boiling water, stir in 1 tablespoon of cold water, and pour the jelly mixture onto the first layer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the jelly has set.

4. Repeat steps 3-4 until you have used all of the jelly powder. Be sure to let each layer of jelly set completely before adding the next.

5. Once the final layer of jelly has set, refrigerate the jelly for at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. When ready to serve, dip the mould briefly in hot water and then invert it onto a plate. The jelly should slide out easily. If it doesn't, use a sharp knife to loosen the edges.

7. Cut the jelly into slices and enjoy!
