How do you make homemade cough syrup made with glycerin rock candy and wisky?

Here's a recipe homemade cough syrup made with glycerin rock candy and whiskey:

Ingredients:

* 1 cup rock candy

* 1 cup water

* 1/4 cup glycerin

* 1/4 cup whiskey

* 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine the rock candy, water, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until candy dissolves.

2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until syrup has thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
