How to Make Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate
If you've chosen a sugar-free way of eating, it doesn't mean you have to give up all the treats that you love, including chocolate. Make a cup of sugar-free hot chocolate and prove that sugar-free doesn't have to mean flavor-free.
Things You'll Need
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 2 tsp. Dutch processed cocoa, European style
- 2 tsp. sugar substitute
- 1 cup hot whole milk
- 1 large mug
- 3 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa, European style
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
One Cup Sugar-Free Hot Chocolate Recipe

Place the dry milk, cocoa powder and sugar substitute in a large mug.

Pour boiling water over the ingredients.

Stir well and serve with a dollop of sugar free whipped topping.
Large Batch Recipe

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Blend the mixture until the ingredients are incorporated and no lumps remain.

Store the sugar free hot chocolate in an airtight container.

Stir 1/4 quarter of the sugar free hot chocolate mix into 1 cup of boiling water.
