Simple Chocolate Cake (No Mixer Needed!)

Ingredients:

* 3 cups powdered sugar
* 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Prepare the cake batter:
* Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
* In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
* In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract.
* Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
* Slowly pour the boiling water into the batter, mixing until smooth.
2. Bake the cake:

* Once the cake has completely cooled, frost it with the chocolate frosting.
