Make the Bundt Cake Icing

1. Heat the margarine or butter in a saucepan until melted. Remove from heat and pour into a medium bowl.

2. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add the ingredients slowly and continually stir to prevent lumps in the sugar.

3. Add water, 1 tbsp. at a time, and mix until smooth and the consistency of syrup.

Ice the Bundt Cake

1. Remove the bundt cake from the pan and place on a clean serving platter. The rounded side of the cake should be on top.

2. Pour the glaze into a glass measuring cup. The cup should have a pouring spout.

3. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the cake slowly, using a zig-zag motion. The glaze should drip down the sides of the cake, but the majority of the glaze should remain on the top of the cake. Turn the platter so you can continue the pattern around the entire cake.

4. Use a small spatula or butter knife to gently spread the glaze around the top of the cake. The top of the cake should be evenly covered. Allow the icing to set before serving.
