What is liquid pepper?

There is no such thing as "liquid pepper". Pepper is a spice derived from dried berries of the capsicum plant, it cannot be in liquid form. Pepper extract, however, which contains the concentrated essence of pepper might be available in liquid form and is commonly known as hot sauce.
