Can you juice wheatgrass in a regular juicer?
It is generally not recommended to juice wheatgrass in a regular juicer. Regular juicers are typically meant for juicing softer fruits and vegetables. Wheatgrass is fibrous and dense. It cannot be effectively juiced using typical household juicer without a specialized wheatgrass juicer.
Using a blender as an alternative may produce satisfactory results in some cases to obtain the juice content and nutritional benefits as a beverage rather than using a specialized juicer designed specifically for extracting optimal nutrient rich wheatgrass juices.
