How to Make Guava Puree (5 Steps)
Tropical guava fruits add an exotic touch to sorbets, smoothies and desserts. Turning the fruit into a puree brings out its full creamy texture. You can use guava puree immediately or freeze it for long term storage. Use the puree frozen or thaw it out to add the flavor of guava to any fruit dish. The color of guava fruit varies, so the puree may be pure white or pale pink, depending on the type of guava you use.
