What type of plants do crowntail betta eat?
Betta fish, like crowntail bettas, are carnivorous and do not eat plants. Their diet consists mainly of live or frozen foods such as brine shrimp, daphnia, bloodworms, and small insects. Occasionally, commercial dry foods specifically formulated for betta fish can be offered as a supplement. Plant matter will not provide crowntail bettas with the necessary nutrition and can also be harmful to them.
