Ingredients:

- 2 cups chopped fresh rhubarb

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/4 cup cornstarch

- 1 cup boiling water

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

3. Pour boiling water over rhubarb mixture and stir to combine.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
