How do you change water filter in Keurig?
To change the water filter in a Keurig coffee maker, follow these steps:
1. Turn off and unplug the Keurig.
2. Open the water reservoir by lifting the lid or pulling the tab.
3. Remove the old water filter by pulling it straight up. If your Keurig has a filter cap, twist the cap counterclockwise and lift it off to access the filter.
4. Rinse the new filter under cold running water for a few seconds.
5. Insert the new filter into the water reservoir, lining it up with the tracks or guides.
6. Push down on the filter until it clicks in place.
7. Close the water reservoir.
8. Plug in and turn on the Keurig.
9. Run a brew cycle with plain water to flush out the system and remove any charcoal dust from the new filter.
10. Enjoy your freshly filtered Keurig coffee!
Remember, it's important to change the water filter regularly, typically every two to three months or according to the manufacturer's recommendations, to maintain optimal performance and coffee flavor.
