Can condensed milk be turned into whole milk?

Condensed milk cannot be turned into whole milk. Condensed milk is a dairy product made from cow's milk that has been concentrated by removing up to 60% of the water content. This process gives condensed milk a thick, syrupy consistency and a sweeter taste than whole milk. Whole milk, on the other hand, is cow's milk that has not been modified or concentrated. It contains all of the natural components of milk, including water, fat, protein, carbohydrates, and minerals. Condensed milk can be diluted with water to create a milk-like beverage, but it will not have the same nutritional profile or consistency as whole milk.
