Who inventing the mayonnaise and shaving cream?

Mayonnaise: The true origin of mayonnaise is shrouded in mystery, with competing claims from various sources. One popular belief attributes its invention to the French chef, Marie-Antoine Carême, in the 19th century. However, there are mentions of mayonnaise-like sauces in older cookbooks, like the Menorcan cookbook "Art de la cuina" (1798) and a Catalan sauce called "aioli." Despite the uncertainty about its exact birthplace, mayonnaise is widely regarded as a French culinary staple.

Shaving Cream: The invention of shaving cream can be traced back to the early 20th century. Although there were earlier shaving preparations like pastes and soaps, the modern shaving cream was developed by American entrepreneur Frank Shields. In 1919, Shields founded the Aero Shave Company and introduced the first brushless shaving cream, marketed under the brand name Aero Shave. This innovation allowed for a more convenient and comfortable shaving experience, transforming the shaving routine for men worldwide.
