How to Roast Shredded Coconut
Shredded coconut is used in many recipes for its unique taste and texture. Roasted coconut adds a caramel flavor to a dish and provides a new dimension to its texture. Roasting coconut is also useful as it increases the shelf life of the coconut. Shredded coconut can be roasted on a stove-top or in the oven.
