How to Reheat Noodles
Reheating leftover noodles is great for a hot lunch or a quick dinner. This technique can be used to reheat many types of plain cooked pasta, egg noodles, and rice noodles. If you're cooking noodles ahead of time specifically to be reheated, undercook them by a minute or two for the best results.
