How long do you cook scalloped potatoes in convection oven?

Ingredients

* 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced

* 1 cup milk

* 1/4 cup heavy cream

* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the convection oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, milk, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Pour the potato mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.

4. Bake in the preheated convection oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sauce is bubbly.

Tips

* To make scalloped potatoes ahead of time, assemble the dish and bake it as directed. Then, let it cool completely and refrigerate for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply place the dish in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.

* If you don't have a convection oven, you can still make scalloped potatoes. Simply bake them in a preheated 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sauce is bubbly.
