There are many different marinade recipes that can be used for rib tips, and the "best" one will depend on personal preference. Here are a few popular marinade recipes that you might want to try:
Honey garlic marinade:
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
BBQ marinade:
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Italian herb marinade:
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
To use any of these marinades, simply combine the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Then, add the rib tips to the bowl and stir to coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
When you're ready to cook the rib tips, drain them from the marinade and cook them according to your preferred method. For example, you can grill them, roast them in the oven, or smoke them.
