  • 2.5 c. bean flour (garbanzo or fava)
  • 1/2 c. rice flour
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter

How to Make Gluten Free Pie Crust

  1. Combine the flours, cornstarch, butter, salt and sugar to make a pebbly, crumbly mixture.

  2. Cut the mixture in half.

  3. Press the mixture into a 9x9 pan to form a bottom crust.

  4. Bake the crust at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until it is lightly brown.

  5. Add the pie filling of your choice.

  6. Take the second half of the mixture and crumble it over the pie filling.
