How to Make Thomas the Train Cupcakes
Many toddler boys are fans of Thomas the Train. It has become a popular party theme for young children, but there is not a lot of creative instruction readily available about how to make Thomas the Train cupcakes for your little one's Thomas party. With a few inexpensive materials, you can make Thomas the Train cupcakes that will please your toddler and impress your party guests.
Things You'll Need
- Cupcake liners
- Brown food coloring
- Knife or icing spatula
- Licorice strips
- Thomas the Train cake topper
Instructions

Bake one dozen cupcakes in cupcake liners.

Use food coloring to tint the icing brown.

Spread the icing on each cupcake using a knife or an icing spatula.

Place licorice strips in train-track fashion on the top of the cupcake. There should be two long, parallel strips and two shorter licorice strips that are perpendicular and contained within the longer strips.
