How to Use Pork Rinds As Breading (4 Steps)
Pork rinds are crunchy, flavored snacks that dieters love because they contain little to no carbohydrates. Pork rinds have a natural pork, smoky flavor that makes them delicious, too. There are other ways to incorporate this crunchy, diet-friendly food into your menu -- as breading. Blend crunchy rinds into your regular frying flour, or treat it like panko breading. Enjoy a touch of slightly smoky flavor from the rinds by using it as breading for other foods like fried chicken or vegetables.
