What is stronger vinegar or baking powder?
Baking powder is stronger than vinegar. Vinegar is a weak acid, while baking powder is a base. When baking powder is mixed with water, it releases carbon dioxide gas, which causes baked goods to rise. Vinegar does not have this property.
