How do you make raw sugar into liquid form?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes a smooth liquid.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
4. The liquid raw sugar can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Note: Liquid raw sugar can be used as a sweetener in any recipe calling for granulated sugar. Simply substitute the same amount of liquid raw sugar for the granulated sugar.
