How do you soap grind?

To soap grind on a skateboard, follow these steps:

1. Set up your body position. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees bent. Your front foot should be slightly forward of your back foot, and your weight should be evenly distributed between both feet.

2. Pick up your board. Hold the deck with your front hand and the nose of the board with your back hand. Your front hand should be near the front trucks and your back hand should be near the tail.

3. Swing the board. Swing the board up and around in a circular motion, using your arms and wrists. The board should swing around to your back, parallel to the ground.

4. Soap the board. Take a bar of soap and rub it on the bottom of the board. The soap will help the board slide more easily and make it easier to control.

5. Grind the rail. Place the tail of the board on the rail and use your front foot to push off. Slide your board along the rail, keeping your balance and using your arms to control the board.

6. Land safely. Once you have reached the end of the rail, use your front foot to push off and land safely.

Here are some tips for soap grinding:

* Start with a small rail. This will help you get a feel for the trick and make it easier to learn.

* Practice regularly. The more you practice, the better you will become at soap grinding.

* Be careful not to get too close to the rail. If you hit your feet or legs, you could get injured.

* Wear protective gear. This includes a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads.

* Have fun! Soap grinding is a great way to enjoy skateboarding and improve your skills.
