Ingredients:

Instructions:

To make the cupcakes:

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a standard cupcake pan with paper liners.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the brown sugar until combined.
