- Close the lids securely to prevent spillage and maximize heat retention.
- Fill the container only ¾ full to allow space for expansion.
- Place the loaded carrier in a heated cabinet that is set between 140 and 165°F.
- Monitor food temperatures after 2 hours. Discard food if it drops below 135°F.
- Discard all unused product after 6 hours in the hot holding cabinet.
