How do i know my chicken egg is furtile if put it in an incubator at 37-38 Celsius?

Candling is the process of illuminating an egg with a bright light to check for the development of an embryo.

This method is a non-invasive way to determine if an egg is fertile and viable, and can be performed after the egg has been incubated for a few days.

Here are the steps for candling a chicken egg:

1. Gather the materials you will need:

• A dark room

• A bright flashlight or LED light

• A carton of eggs

• A bowl of water

2. Set up the room.

• Turn off all the lights in the room to create a dark environment.

• Place the flashlight or LED light on a table or countertop so that it is shining at a 45-degree angle to the eggs.

• Fill the bowl of water and place it next to the flashlight.

3. Prepare the eggs.

• Remove the eggs from the carton and place them in the bowl of water.

• Gently swirl the water around the eggs to remove any dirt or debris.

• Remove the eggs from the water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

4. Candle the eggs.

• Hold one egg in your hand and place the flashlight against the shell.

• Shine the light through the shell of the egg and observe the contents inside.

• A fertile egg will have a small, dark spot in the center. This is the embryo.

• A infertile egg will have a clear or opaque appearance, with no visible embryo.

5. Repeat the process for all of the eggs.

• Candle each egg in the same manner.

• Discard any infertile eggs or eggs that have cracked or damaged shells.

6. Place the fertile eggs back in the incubator.

• Once you have candled all of the eggs, place the fertile eggs back in the incubator.

• Continue to incubate the eggs at the appropriate temperature and humidity until they hatch.
